As a 3x founder as well as the first web dev at Spotify, Jon is no stranger to early stage product development. He founded Lookback, a user research SaaS business, and GosuGamers, a community of millions that sold in 2010. Outside his role as a product and engineering leader in Silicon Valley, Jon deeply values a focus on mindfulness and has been a meditation teacher for over 20 years.
Lucy ensures our talented team of product managers and designers deliver impactful solutions for our partners. With a background in Silicon Valley and New York startups, Lucy is a seasoned early-stage builder with a focus on consumer web and mobile. Outside of work, Lucy is pursuing a certification in wine and enjoys living in San Francisco with her husband and their husky and two cats.
Nick co-builds award-winning products with ambitious startups and enterprises. With expertise spanning AI, fintech, consumer, and beyond, his track record showcases groundbreaking solutions, including patents and products that scaled from 0 to 15 million+ users. He drives impact by rapidly validating and de-risking solutions. Beyond work, Nick founded a free youth basketball league.
With over 15 years of tech experience, his heart rooted in entrepreneurship and his trade firmly in engineering, Ken is an expert at generating practical solutions to innovative business ideas. Ken served as CTO of Benchmark and as a technical leader at several early-stage startups with successful exits. Away from the code, you’ll find Ken spending time with his family in the outdoors.
